NexusFlows - NDIS Audit Ready (the Service) is a planning, record-keeping and invoicing aid for NDIS providers. The information, checklists, policy templates, calculators and price data in the Service are general in nature. They are not legal, financial, accounting, clinical or other professional advice, and they do not take your circumstances into account. Get independent professional advice before relying on them.
Support item numbers, names, units and maximum prices in the invoice tool were taken from the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 (effective 24 September 2026), published by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The data was extracted automatically and may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date items, and the NDIA can change prices at any time. It does not include every rule that affects a claim (for example group supports, MMM classification of specific locations, Isolated Towns modifications, quotable supports or participant plan conditions). Always check the current official Pricing Schedule and your agreements at ndis.gov.au before you invoice. You are responsible for every claim you make.
The incident register shows reporting timeframes as a reminder only. It does not notify the NDIS Commission. You must report reportable incidents yourself through the NDIS Commission Portal, and confirm current rules and deadlines with the Commission. The Service is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
NexusFlows is an independent product of Aussi-Nexus Group. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or any government body. The word "NDIS" is used only to describe the supports and scheme the Service relates to.
Information you enter is stored on your device only. We cannot recover it if you clear browser data, change device or uninstall the app. Save or print what you need to keep. See the Privacy Policy.
We try to keep the Service accurate and available, but we give no warranty that it is error free, complete, current or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
