Terms of Service

NexusFlows - NDIS Audit Ready · Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181) · Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use NexusFlows - NDIS Audit Ready (the Service), operated by Aussi-Nexus Group, ABN 76 947 108 181, Shailer Park, Queensland, Australia (we, us). By using the Service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a web app that you can also install on your phone or computer. It helps small NDIS providers with audit-readiness checklists, incident records, policy templates, worker clearance tracking, NDIS invoices and audit summaries. It is a planning and record-keeping aid only.

2. Free trial, plans and payment

3. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure you are entitled to cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

4. Your responsibilities

4A. Your data stays on your device

The information you enter (business details, checklists, incidents, workers, participants, invoices) is stored in your browser or app on your device. We do not receive it and cannot recover it. If you clear browser data, uninstall the app, change device, or lose the device, that information can be lost permanently. You are responsible for saving or printing PDFs of anything you need to keep. Records you must keep by law (for example 7 years for some NDIS records) are your responsibility.

5. Templates, price data and invoices

Policy templates are general starting points and must be adapted to how you actually operate. NDIS price limits in the invoice tool are taken from the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 published by the National Disability Insurance Agency and may contain errors or become out of date. Always confirm against the current official schedule at ndis.gov.au before you claim. We do not guarantee that an invoice will be accepted or paid. See the Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, change or withdraw features, including updating price data when the NDIA publishes changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting section 3: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, lost data, rejected or unpaid invoices, claw-backs, audit outcomes, penalties or regulatory action arising from your use of the Service; and (b) where the law allows us to limit liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our choice, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

9. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or misuse the Service. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
