Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181, we, us) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use NexusFlows - NDIS Audit Ready, and how. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The app saves the following in your browser or installed app on your device: your business name, ABN and contact details; checklist progress; incident records; worker names and clearance dates; participant names, NDIS numbers and contact details; plan manager details; invoices and their status; and your payment instructions. We do not collect, view, back up or have access to this information, and we cannot recover it if it is lost. You decide whether to keep, share or delete it, and you can delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser or uninstalling the app.
Participant information, including NDIS numbers, can be sensitive. Under privacy law you remain responsible for handling your participants' information lawfully. Keep your device locked and protected.
The app does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It uses local storage and a service worker (an offline cache of the app's own files) so it works offline.
To provide and secure the Service, manage subscriptions, respond to you, meet legal obligations, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
When you choose to email an invoice, the PDF is created on your device and sent by your own email app or provider (for example Gmail or Outlook). We do not receive a copy. That email is then covered by your email provider's privacy terms.
Only with service providers who help us run the Service, such as Stripe (payments) and our website hosting provider, and where required or authorised by law. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle information appropriately.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limiting access. We keep subscription and tax records for as long as the law requires, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
If a data breach involving information we hold is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
